Service availability, scheduling, and scope are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Priority Signing Xchange reserves the right to accept or decline any service request at its discretion.

All appointments are subject to availability and require confirmation from Priority Signing Xchange before they are considered scheduled. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. We will follow up promptly to confirm timing, details, and any printing or scanback requirements. Clients are responsible for ensuring that signers are present, properly identified, and ready at the confirmed appointment time. Late starts or missed appointments may result in rescheduling fees or cancellation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify Priority Signing Xchange as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or after the notary has departed for the appointment location may be subject to a trip or cancellation fee. Priority Signing Xchange reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond our control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify clients promptly.

Clients and partners engaging Priority Signing Xchange are responsible for:

• Ensuring all signers have valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of the appointment
• Providing complete, accurate, and properly prepared documents for signing
• Confirming that all parties to be present at the signing are informed of the appointment time and location
• Ensuring documents presented for notarization are complete and not missing required information
• Providing accurate appointment details, location, and any special instructions at the time of booking

Service fees are communicated at the time of booking confirmation or upon request. Fees may vary based on service type, location, document volume, printing requirements, and scheduling needs. Rush and after-hours appointments may carry additional fees. Payment is due in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of service. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of service and pursuit of collection as permitted by law.

Priority Signing Xchange provides professional signing and notarial services in accordance with applicable state notary laws and regulations. Our notaries are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal interpretations, or document drafting services. Clients should consult a licensed attorney for any legal questions related to their documents. Priority Signing Xchange is not responsible for errors, defects, or issues arising from documents prepared or provided by the client or ordering party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Priority Signing Xchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

• Errors or omissions in documents provided by the client or ordering party
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our control
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Signing delays or cancellations resulting from signer unavailability or incomplete documentation
• Third-party platform failures, payment processor issues, or technology outages

Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific service engagement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
